Core Presentation

• A Core Presentation. This is provided as a resource to help people explain what BIG is. It is not all encompassing, and will need adaption to different perspectives and situations.

Engagement Playbook

The BIG Services Taxonomy supplements the BIG Deliverables and BIG Lifecycle to help internal / external consulting organisations assist an organisation to work out what to do to get a BIG Initiative moving. It includes example slides for pains capture and solution presentation and an Excel Version. These are provided “as is”. Improved versions sent back to us will be appreciated!
