Using the BIG Readiness Model<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The BIG CIC is presenting a session on readiness for Integrated Governance<\/a><\/span><\/strong> as part of the BIG Conference Series.<\/a><\/span><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The BIG Readiness Model<\/a><\/span><\/strong> is an item available to BIG Members in spreadsheet form within the BIG BoK to capture an organisations status against BIG Principles<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This blog provides instructions on how to use the BIG Readiness model prepared by Chris Bragg<\/a><\/span><\/strong> using SharpCloud as the platform. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The model enables a user to map out their organisation and key governance bodies, and ultimately to map out points of accountability in order to discover \/ define the scope of a BIG Initiative. It enables the capture of status of an organisation against the BIG Principles to help build consensus of need. It enables a user to rate the components for Integrated Governance that are already in place. It further enables a user to categorise stakeholders with respect to how supportive or not they are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each of these elements will assist a protagonist to engage their stakeholders to build a case to do something<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
